In der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Reformbetriebe kommen mindestens einmal j\u00e4hrlich die interessierten Eigenbetriebe Deutschlands zum Erfahrungsaustausch zusammen. 2007 war JenaKultur erstmals bei diesen Treffen mit von der Partie, bereits 2009 konnte man die Partner nach Jena einladen. Ziel der informellen Beratungen ist es, an den Erfahrungen der anderen zu partizipieren, Kennzahlen zu vergleichen und gemeinsam Optimierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Kulturarbeit zu suchen. Reformbetriebe sind in einem dauerhaften Lernmodus und auf die st\u00e4ndige Verbesserung ihrer Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe aus.<\/p>\n

St\u00e4dte, die Eigenbetriebe gr\u00fcnden wollen, lassen sich bei Fragen rund um Satzung, Organisation und Aufbau der Kostenstruktur beraten und profitieren von den in Jena gemachten Erfahrungen.
